Orders
If you are not completely satisfied, you must contact us within 10 days of receiving the goods for a refund*. Please get in touch to advise before sending as we will not except no prior notice.
If credit is agreed it will be at price purchased or we will replace faulty goods at no extra charge.
Pleaes note that the goods are your responsibilty until it reaches us. For your own protection we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.**
*No returns on opened products (all chocolate favours), ie...ribbon removed and box opened. **Cost of returns will not be refunded.
